T&A dressed Robert Redford for his turn as the Jazz Age dreamer Jay Gatsby in the 1974 film, The Great Gatsby; his original outfit consisted on a now-iconic pale blue floral and spot tie, which we released as part of our Legends collection in 2016. Inspired by the character, in 2017 we decided to extended the production of the vivid print with a new range of exciting colours. This burgundy version is flecked with boldly contrasting tones of bright blue and acidic yellow to create an accessory with a retro edge.
